What is multi-branch retail management?
Multi-branch retail management is running two or more shop locations (plus often a godown) under one business — with shared products, pricing, and reporting, but separate stock levels and sales per branch.
Why it matters
- Each branch sells at different speeds — centralized buying without branch visibility causes stockouts and overstock
- Owners cannot physically watch every till — they need consolidated dashboards
- Scaling from one shop to many fails when each branch uses its own notebook or spreadsheet
How Intelyflow handles multi-branch retail
- Multiple shops under one organization with per-shop inventory
- Godown dispatch feeds branches with approval workflows
- Consolidated admin reporting across all locations
